The hotel exceedingly met my expectations of an art hotel, everything was designed with consideration, including the stairs of the hotel. Me and my husband dropped off the luggage early which was convenient and were upgraded to a mini flat later when we checked in. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen, bunk bed and a seating area, very nicely decorated. I asked for a hairdryer as it was not in the room, and they saw my request right away. The breakfast was great in the mornings, especially loved their berry compote, they had vegetarian options on request as well. On New Years Eve, they provided us with bubbles to cheer with on the countdown to 2025, which was a bonus. Additionally, I thought I lost my necklace in the room, and when I contacted them about it, they were very accommodating. I will definitely book them again when I visit Belfast, as it is right in the centre and half an hour drive away from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is amazing just a few mins walk to the city centre with loads of shops/bars & restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself is very modern and has a really nice vibe to it. We were upgraded to a studio room which had cooking facilities and a fridge and was spotless. Cleaning staff attended daily to change towels and the room was spacious and comfortable. Just to note that the hotel is dog friendly so something to consider if people have an issue with dogs. Personally we don't have an issue but the breakfast area was very busy one of the mornings with dogs barking and I had to be careful as there was a dog on the floor right behind me when moving my chair! Also some nice live music in the bar in the early evenings. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

New hotel for Belfast. Excellent design. Lots of impressive small things included in the design and brilliant wee extras in the room. The self catering facilities in the room are a great extra and benefit. Only negative - no mini bar or similar in room. So why when payment was made in advance did I have to also pay a refundable deposit? So unnecessary. Especially as the deposit takes up to 7 days to refund! A nearly flawless stay spoilt by this one thing. Told it was for any extras. What extras. Everything in the main hotel was payment by card and there were no extras in the room.

The hotel as per the description is a home away from home. Check in time 2pm, unlike most hotels and check out at 2pm, unheard of unless you specifically ask or pay for a late check out. Love the little kitchen where there are tea & coffee choices, cooking area if you choose to cook, cute little bags should you wish to go shopping with. The list is endless, this hotel is one of a kind and I loved it. Coming again with friends in Feb ‘25 and can’t wait. Also the location was absolutely perfect with loads of fab restaurants & bars close by.

Beautiful dog friendly hotel, clean, stylish and friendly staff. The fact that it was a BCorp company using no chemicals in the their cleaning processes matched our values, great to see a recycling system in the room, this was great. The bar food was sufficient for a late arrival, Pizza and Tapas. The shampoo and soap smells brilliant and is eco friendly. Lovely stay, I would use it again and also no extra charge for the dog, although as it is in the city centre there was limited green spaces for walking dogs.
